YouTube is the favorite site for videos. Many times you find videos with a large length and you don’t want to see  the complete video. Splitube is a free online service to split YouTube videos and to share or post to social networks. To split a video, just enter the YouTube video ID and chose with the splitter bar the time frame for which you want to show. Click on the menu button at the bottom right of the video player, then click CC and the arrow to its left, then click the new "Transcribe Audio" button. If you want to translate the captions to your own language then click "Translate Captions". The translation is not perfect, but generally you get the meaning.
