Pearltrees - organizing and sharing links.

The Pearltrees is a free online service, the members of pearltrees can choose links, organize and show them. Provides the ability to organize links into folders-trees (pearltrees). You can easily add new link or links from other users and to distribute "your trees" in social networks (twitter, facebook). Split and share YouTube videos using Splitube.


YouTube is the favorite site for videos. Many times you find videos with a large length and you don’t want to see  the complete video. Splitube is a free online service to split YouTube videos and to share or post to social networks. To split a video, just enter the YouTube video ID and chose with the splitter bar the time frame for which you want to show. Once you click 'Split Video' button Splitube generates an URL where the video will play only from the time you selected. Splitube is a very useful tool to split YouTube videos online and splitting process is simple as well.

Online collaboration in the writing of documents.

Typewith.me is an online application where multiple users can simultaneously write the same document. You can create a new document very easily without having to open an account. Your document is accessible to other users via URL ("http://typewith.me/document_code"). Whoever typed that address in the browser, see the document and can start the process. If you are not interested in the security of the document Typewith.me is a wonderful solution worth trying. Some examples of use, is the collaboration of teachers with their students and colleagues at work.

Online 3D Model of our Solar System.


View an interactive 3D Model of our Solar System with the Solar System Scope. You can zoom in and move to see the planets and sun. Choose between heliocentric, geocentric or panoramic view. Choose the geocentric view and hit the play controls to see the day/night changes. If you choose heliocentric view and hit the play controls you can see how seasons changing and the movement of the Moon around the Earth. Click on any planet to explore its surface and to get more information.

Make your songs easily online.

If you want to create your music online easily, then try the JamStudio. You can build your songs adding instruments and loops from guitar, drum, bass and piano and save the results. JamStudio is a useful tool for those with no prior knowledge of music. You can compose your songs with just a few mouse clicks. Psykopaint - a new paint tool.


If you are looking for online paint tools then try the Psykopaint,  a new paint tool that enables the users to express their creativity with a mimimum of knowledge and skills. It lets you paint over an existing image using a variety of different paint tools. A slider will let you reveal the image underneath. You can also start a new paint with a blank canvas. Just try it and have fun.

View the largest museums in the world with the Google Art Project.


If you want to view the largest museums in the world through your PC then I suggest you see Google Art Project, a thousand famous works of art in stunning detail. You can navigate inside the museum as the Alte Nationalgalerie in Berlin, Freer Gallery of Art, Smithsonian in Washington, The Frick Collection in New York, and others. You can create your own personal gallery with selected works and the show them on facebook and twitter. The Google Art Project, can be used as teaching material in courses that refer to art.
