Using a single Kinect camera -designed for Microsoft’s Xbox gaming system- and standard graphics chips, MIT researchers demonstrate a 15 frames per second streaming holographic video. They’re confident to boost the rate even higher, to the 30 frames per second, for holographic TV!!!
