Easy animations with Pencil.

Are you trying to develop some animations? Then try the freeware Pencil animation program. Pencil is very simple - you create your characters, environment, and details, and then you animate them. Pencil is an animation/drawing software for Mac OS X, Windows, and Linux. It lets you create traditional hand-drawn animation (cartoon) using both bitmap and vector graphics. Pencil is free and open source. View  user manual and some tutorials  and you will be working on your first animation as soon as you open the program. Within a few hours you will have your very first animation.
