Increase the speed of Windows XP.

You can increase the speed of Windows XP using a flash drive, increasing the virtual memory of your computer. Simply plug the flash drive into a usb vacant position of your computer and follow these steps: 
  1. Click Start then Run, type sysdm.cpl, and press ENTER. 
  2. Click the Advanced tab, and click on Performance Settings. 
  3. Click the Advanced tab, and then under the Virtual memory click Change. 
  4. Choose from below Under Drive [Volume Label], the letter of the flash drive. 
  5. Choose System managed size and press Set. 
  6. Finally click OK.
